1. Sales of New and Used Equipment
We sell both brand-new kitchen equipment and professionally certified used refrigeration units. Our used inventory is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Pricing for used items is discounted up to 30% from the market rate.
2. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of any equipment passes to the customer only after the full invoice amount has been paid. The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
3. Service Contracts
For large-scale commercial installations, we offer maintenance contracts ranging from 1 to 3 years. These contracts cover periodic check-ups and emergency support, as specified in the individual service agreement.
Notice for Technical Repairs
Our technical check-ups are performed by certified professionals. If additional parts are required during a service call, they will be billed separately from the base service fee.
4. Liability & Limitations
Yousuf Refrigeration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product involved in any claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
