2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged:

  • Consumable parts (gaskets, refrigerants).
  • Custom-designed cooling systems or industrial installations.
  • Items sold under clearance or specific discount "Final Sale" terms.

3. Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Important Note for Heavy Machinery:Returning industrial refrigeration units may incur restocking fees and logistics costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
